A note from Christina Cavallo, our Wellness Consultant : How did I get here, you may wonder? Like many people who find a career in this industry, I found myself becoming obsessed with climbing the corporate ladder––Getting ahead, making more money, needing more time, endlessly striving for what’s next, only to find that I had lost sight of myself and who I really wanted to be. I put my self-esteem in the hands of my colleagues, and I let stress overtake my life. My emotional health was at an all-time low, and my physical body was in a condition that was never going to sustain my life as I knew it.
One day, I found myself lying on the floor ill, miserable, and defeated––and that’s when I had a massive wake-up call. The person I was always meant to be woke me up and reminded me of my dreams, of the happiness that is mine for the taking, and to tell me that now, not later, is the time to be at my best. That day I made the decision to take my life back into my own hands. Everything shifted for me in that moment, because I knew in order to deliver on that promise to myself, I needed to have a healthy body, a powerful mindset, and a solid spiritual foundation. In order to achieve all my dreams, I needed to perform at my best and highest level. My journey to achieve personal greatness began 5 years ago. I relentlessly pursued various methods of bringing my work and my life into a joyful, fulfilling, sustainable balance. I began first with the building blocks of my physical health studying nutrition and fitness, which evolved into becoming a Certified Health Coach, and a Certified Pilates Instructor. I saw such amazing results, that I knew I must continue and master the mind and the emotions, so I immersed myself in the personal development field. I became a Master Practitioner and Master Coach of Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Time Line Therapy®. With these modalities I have helped countless individuals eradicate emotional blockages from their lives so they can move easily and excitedly into their future to achieve all their goals and aspirations. In doing all of this I discovered, or rather, uncovered the person I always knew I was, and regained the hope I had lost. I have found a deeper purpose in my life as I align myself with greatness, and help others to do the same.
Confession: I am a work in progress…and I always will be, as this is the nature of life.
This is why I have dedicated my life to serving my peers in this industry, to serving the many men and women who wake up every day and forget that they once had dreams of their own. I am continuously learning to achieve and maintain balance and happiness every day and in sharing my knowledge and experiences with you, I hope that this can help you, as well.
